OEM & ODM

Your colour and label on our moulds, or your shape on our floor

We started as a component and contract supplier before YIMIGA was a brand, and a large share of our output still ships under customers' labels. Both routes are open — what differs is whether you are using an existing mould or paying for a new one.

OEM — your label, our existing moulds

Pick a model from our range and we run it in your colours, with your logo moulded or printed and your master-carton artwork. No tooling cost, fast to first container — the right route when an existing shape already fits your market.

ODM — your shape, a new tool

If you need a chair that does not exist yet, we develop it and cut the mould. There is real tooling cost and lead time here, so it makes sense at volume — but you get a shape nobody else can sell, and we keep it to your programme.

The process

From first email to loaded container

Brief & quote

You send models or a reference, target colours, quantities and market. We come back with a feasibility note and an indicative price — including whether an existing mould fits or a new tool is needed.

Colour & sample

We shoot a physical sample in your colour and confirm wall, base and stack. For a new shape we cut the mould and produce a first article. Plastic colour is approved on a real chair, never a screen.

Pilot & test

A short pilot run confirms the line, and BIFMA / EN bench tests plus any third-party reports are arranged against your exact build before full production.

Produce & ship

Full moulding with in-line checks, your private-label packing, a nested loading plan that fills the container, and documents prepared for your market.

What we ask for

A few honest constraints

  • Quantities that suit mouldingMoulded chairs reward volume — a clean OEM order in existing colours fills a 40HQ well. For a brand-new mould we are talking a meaningful annual commitment so the tooling pays back.
  • Sample sign-off before the runWe confirm colour, wall, base and stack on a physical sample. A screen colour is not a plastic colour, so we send a real shot before we commit a container.
  • Testing arranged, not assumedBIFMA / EN bench tests and third-party reports (SGS / TÜV) per programme. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC and BSCI, but we do not pre-print certificate claims we cannot tie to your exact build.

Send the spec — we'll quote the real thing

A few lines on models, quantities and your market is enough to start. If a job sits outside what our moulds and lines run well, we'll say so rather than burn your sampling budget.
