About YIMIGA

A moulding factory that grew up making chair parts

浙江中义家具有限公司 — Zhejiang Zhongyi Furniture, export brand YIMIGA — has been working with plastic chairs in Anji, Zhejiang since 1985. We sit on Chair Industry Road in the heart of Anji's seating cluster, which is exactly where a moulding shop wants to be.

The short version

How we got here

Anji calls itself China's chair town, and Zhongyi is one of its older plastic-seating names. We began in 1985 making chair accessories and components — the unglamorous parts other factories bolt on — and that is still part of what we do. Supplying components teaches you tolerances the hard way, because a part that is half a millimetre out comes straight back.

Over time we moved up the chain into finished chairs: PP and HDPE stacking chairs, blow-moulded leisure and outdoor seating, shell chairs on wood and steel, bar stools and banquet chairs. Today the catalogue runs past 2,000 models and the floor holds 22 injection machines and 5 blow-moulding lines across three workshops, with a full set of chair testing rigs at the end of the line.

What we hold ourselves to

We run to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, carry FSC certification for the wood-leg models, and have passed BSCI social-compliance audits. We hold ISO and the audits as real systems, not logos — where a market needs a specific structural or flammability test we build to the relevant BIFMA or EN pattern and arrange a third-party report tied to your actual order. We do not hand out blanket "certified" claims that would not survive a customs check.

And we will tell you when a job is not for us. A few dozen units of a chair that needs a new mould is not economic, and a target price that forces recycled scrap where the spec says virgin resin is a chair we would rather not put YIMIGA on. Saying so costs us a quote and saves you a bad container.

Made in Anji

On Chair Industry Road in Changshuo, surrounded by resin, mould, plating and steel-tube suppliers — which keeps lead times short and rework rare when something needs changing mid-run.

Moulding in-house

Blow and injection moulding, trimming, leg fitting and testing all sit under our roof. We are not buying shells from a third party and re-badging them, so we can answer for the wall and the resin.

Single-material by design

An all-plastic chair is easy to recycle at end of life because there is nothing to separate. For wood- and steel-leg models we keep the joints mechanical, so a part can be swapped rather than the whole chair scrapped.

Send the spec — we'll quote the real thing

A few lines on models, quantities and your market is enough to start. If a job sits outside what our moulds and lines run well, we'll say so rather than burn your sampling budget.
