Hollow, double-wall chairs blown in a single shot — the lightest serious seating we make, and the easiest to stack and hose down. Built for event rental, halls, schools and outdoor terraces.
Stiff and light at the same time
Blow moulding inflates a hot tube of plastic inside a closed mould, so the chair comes out as one hollow piece with a double wall and no welds or fasteners. That hollow wall is what makes these chairs both light to carry and stiff enough for daily contract use — there is simply nothing to come loose.
For event and rental fleets the maths is straightforward: light chairs that stack tight load more seats per container and cost less to move around a venue. We mould the colour all the way through and add a UV package for outdoor models, so a chair that lives on a terrace does not go chalky in its second summer.
